1.6.0.7 was released last week with all fixes up to the point of its release.
1.6.0.8 is 1.6.0.7 + security fix (AST-2009-003)
1.6.0.9 is 1.6.0.8 + fix for a SIP regression (a crash resulting from freeing 
invalid memory if transmission of a sip message fails)

So even though bugs were fixed in the 1.6.0 branch between the release of 
1.6.0.7 and 1.6.0.9, they are not included in the 1.6.0.9 release, but will be 
in 1.6.10, assuming that no new security issues arise before then.
