Yes http://www.nethemba.com/asterisk/asterisk-1.4.20.1_t38_v2.diff is link
to 1.4.20.1 version patch.

There is another link:

for svn currentversion patch.

I've never compiled with uClibc.
Can you check if the vanilla asterisk-1.4.20.1 is compilable against uClibc?
