[asterisk-dev] we have some problem in our VoIP system

Hello 
i using the asterisk business edition. 
now running that so we have some problem in our VoIP system. 
if I speak through the internal phone we can not hear the other party, 
but the other party can hear me well. 
If I do not speak in the same time with the other party I can hear well
