[asterisk-dev] IAX2 do not pass hangupcause in 1.4.22 (bug)

Seems it's more complicated than appears. It doesn't 
destryoy channel to send hangup. If it's destroying 
channel - hangup is not sent. Anyone who aware of exact 
logic?
