It's a known issue, and it's presently being worked on.  The issue isn't that 
there's anything really wrong with the server; it's that somebody has
configured their search engine to index the site as fast as possible, rather
than to index the site gradually over time.  So the site was taken offline,
while we find a solution to that external problem.
