[asterisk-dev] Strange characters in 1.4.20

Ok, so I've done another build and I'm getting the same thing.

This time I started asterisk with "asterisk -c". This server has never
had asterisk installed on it before so there is no chance of a stale
version laying around.

Filed as bug 12702 with screenshot.
