What about things like agentcallbacklogin which were said to be broken,
and too much work to fix.

Does this mean that over time we end up with VoiceMail2, VoiceMail3,
dial2, dial3 etc?  Or if someone believes an application is so broken
that it needs a rewrite does it come in as dial2 or whatever for a while
then eventually replace dial?
