I'll have a crack at getting one for you over the weekend.

I'm pretty certain it is a regression - in that it's now happened to me 
on stock 1.2.28, and now also 1.2-SVN - but never on any versions before 
that, and rolling back to 1.2.27 or earlier stops it.
