This will be hell. At least we really rely on this, as we have tons of
registrations to the same IP address in some configurations, and having
this to jump whereever it wants will be somewhat ugly.

Well, being able to match the exact registration will be great and will
probably solve the issue, but otherwise just breaking this will be
extremely ugly (especially if with new peers to the IP address the peer
that gets the calls changes). 

A nice switch like 'enable-old-crappy-peer-selection-behavior=yes' would
help...
