That is definitely one reason why doing this may be useful.  It has been 
difficult to support the drivers and stack for that card since they are 
pretty much maintained outside of our control and release schedule.

As for those using mISDN, I am working on getting the `make b410p` using 
updated mISDN drivers for the next Zaptel release.  Sorry for any 
inconvenience that this has been for those weathering through these updates.
