Asterisk-ss7 is probably the more appropriate list for this, but:

libss7 supports ANSI and ITU SS7 support.  I just googled for ANSI-41 
and it appears to be the entire suite of ANSI specs related to SS7, not 
just one spec.  We support ANSI MTP2, MTP3, and ISUP in libss7.  Hope
