BRI and PRI.

No. But a patch for Call-Deflection is trivial. Grab *21* or whatever
and tell Asterisk to go to that extension. The rest has to be done in
the dialplan. The patch must be done in libpri.
I never had a look to rerouting request, but I think that should be
possible.
