I think this is a great idea, but every system needs to have people
adhering to the standards and utilizing them on a regular basis to have a
great value. Personally, I find the signal to noise ratio on the -dev list
to be very high.. I.E. there is a lot of great content and discussion, and
very little crud (barring the occasional flame wars that erupt). How can we
let people know that they need to properly tag messages, without scaring
them off? How do we make sure that the non native english speakers also
understand the etiquette?
