I just discovered this new command in chan_sip trunk.

What's the idea here? Is this really for human reading, as we have  
decided that CLI commands should be?
Or are we introducing something that should be deprecated before it's  
released?

It's also not very consistent in the use of peers and users. The  
architecture is not well thought of.

I suggest we revert this and propose that this should be done with a  
manager script instead of
a CLI command.
