[asterisk-dev] asterisk-addons requires mysql-devel

Someone a bit more familiar with the packages on some other
distributions can verify this; but when you configure asterisk-addons it
not only requires mysql-client, but also mysql-devel.

This is because configure is looking for mysql_config which is packaged
with mysql-devel, not with mysql-client.

The instructions for asterisk-addons during "make menuselect" mention
the -client requirement, but not the -devel requirement.
