[asterisk-dev] problem using Cagi

Hi
I developed  an agi using cagi (david cornewell) most of the time the  
app works fine but sometimes when the the agi should say the info to  
the end-user (using say-digits) the agi  finish in an unexpected way,  
yes i print the info before the agi  say it (stderr) and i see the  
info  but the agi doesn't say a number and the worst is that it  
happens sometimes
Guys  pls help me out  or maybe some  ideas

Ps: the agi has 150 users at the time
I'm using quad core Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU, with 4 Gb ram
