example showing how to originate a call using the Manager API.
What I want to do is add an dail call to a existing program.
We are using hard IP phones and softphones.

What I want to do is hit a button and have the call dialed and then
have the user pick up the phone when it rings.
1 is the manager API the correct way direction to go.
2. Is there any example code on how to do this?
