Do "those in the know" think it would be reasonable to make this a
"post-masquerade" action, which occurs if the target channel (and/or
the new bridge-target) of a masquerade has a variable set to indicate
which macro to run? Or should it be a more formal Dial() parameter,
and a new channel attribute?

I am not sure what channel locking issues this may cause, but I can
look at that when I start drafting code.
