[asterisk-dev] SVN trunk: get_local_address() breaks openWRT build

FYI my builds have stopped now since get_local_address() in main/acl.c

The functions getifaddr() and freeifaddr() don't exist in the openWRT 
development libraries, nor is ifaddrs.h in the include dir.

Reverting to an acl.c from a prior trunk build allowed the build to 
complete, and at least in a perfunctory sense (up for 5 minutes and 
voicemail worked!) it seems to be working.
