The wctdm FXS code has a global 'reversepolarity' module parameter, with the
tool fxstest which manipulates it.

Is the reversepolarity used for anything other than testing? Thanks to
whoever implemented it, it was useful to identify the places for VMWI line
reversal.

If it is needed, then does the wctdm24xxp code need it for the same reasons?
Or is there a better way to reverse line voltage on the proslic.
