[asterisk-dev] Review Board Login Changes

Greetings,

Review Board (http://reviewboard.digium.com/) has been modified to use  
the same users database as Mantis (http://bugs.digium.com/).  To log  
in to reviewboard, use the same username and password that you use for  
the issue tracker.  An active contributor license agreement from the  
issue tracker is also required for you to be able to log in to  
reviewboard.
