[asterisk-dev] Error msg: Asterisk is not Thread safe

[Per Hojmark]

After compiling from scratch on Ubuntu Linux, I get this message when I
start Asterisk.
I've googled for this error message: I see where a few people have
encountered it as well, but I haven't
seen a fix posted.

Do I need to link against a specific threading library of set some kernel
variable to enable recursive mutexes?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
