Just so you know, I've got a branch that pretty much converts all the
ast_park calls to masq_park()... but there are some interesting side
affects. I've been trying to bring it up on reviewboard, but haven't
committed any of it yet, because of the channel/peer stalemate.

Let's see... there's a bug associated with it... 13820, I think.

The fixes I made will completely eliminate all the crashes/mem 
corruption problems, but they don't come anywhere near solving 
the h-exten problems.
