there is a build bug in 1.2.30.3 on freebsd systems, and i've opened up a
mantis issue and provided a patch for it at
http://bugs.digium.com/bug_view_advanced_page.php?bug_id=14006

silly me however forgot to put in a full summary description, so if that
can be corrected i'd be much obliged.
