Hei,

is anybody working on a PoC implementation for Asterisk? As far as I
understand, PoC according to the 3GPP standard is just a slightly
changed / expanded SIP protocol.
I would be a very nice function in conjunction with the autoanswer
capabilities of some SIP phones.

The situation in Europe is that most mobile phone providers do not offer
PTT or even dropped it because it does not produce enough money in
comparism to the effort. However, as most US residents might know, PoC
is a pretty neat and practical thing, especially if you coordinate some
teams "on the road".

If anybody was into that, I would be happy assisting with testing in
GSM/3G networks.
