Al,

Please post this in asterisk-users. Nonetheless, this is easy to do with AGI. There are several other means to record this information to text files, databases, etc, which include custom apps, CDR, etc. Contact me off list and I'll happily point you in the right direction.

I have looked around and have not found anything on this.

What I want to do is have users enter numbers using an IVR then write 
the information to a text file.
Can anyone point me to where I need to go for more info on this?
