[asterisk-dev] Janitor Project: NEW_CLI conversion

It just struck me as funny that you were telling an employee of Digium 
who works as a Software Engineer that he could post patches on Mantis.  
I figured you must be joking but apparently not which makes it even funnier.

Maybe it's just me but it made me laugh.
