[asterisk-dev] Rewrite MeetMe menu options

The user and moderator/admin menus are getting close to
Full, with two patches on Mantis that add new options,
filling the admin menu and leaving only one open slot
in the user menu.

Both menus have four slots filled with volume adjustments.
I was thinking to move all volume controls under one option,
For example:
	*9 Volume control
		1 Talk up
		2 talk down
		5 listen up
		6 listen down
(ideally the user would just press *95 to increase the 
Volume)

With the idea that any new related options can go in the
sub-menus, such as conference control options for the
admin/moderator.

I realize that such a change might be a problem for
users who have committed the options to memory, but I think
it might be worth the pain.  With that in mind, I thought
I should ask for opinions before spending too much time
on the code.
