[asterisk-dev] extra-sounds.txt

In the Asterisk core sounds for v1.4, there is a file called
core-sounds.txt which has the filename and/or directory and a
description of the file.

In the extra sounds no such file exists. Could the developers (or
whoever maintains the sound files) put one together? Or are they
documented elsewhere, I'd like to (accurately) update the English male
voices on www.tel.net
