Please discard my earlier, as I did not see you mentioning IP range
192.192.*

Can you 1st make sure that you can communicate with you Asterisk server from
outside network.

1) ping
2) telnet, telnet on port 5060 (for SIP)
3) trace route.

This will ensure that you Asterisk Server is reachable from outside and then
you can start working to connect your Softphones :)
