Sorry for late reply. I was busy with other stuff..

Quickly, have you tried putting

canreinvite=yes
nat=yes
 in your SIP.conf?

Is your Asterisk Server on Public IP? or the complete setup is LAN and there
is no Internet involved?

If it is LAN (as you said two different LAN) you need to check the local
firewall/access control list between your two VLAN/LAN.
