i try your config but the same error:
the result of the command oh323 show conf is :

what can i do ??
i try running  asterisk and  Sjphone  in the  same   box ( the server ant the client on the same machine).

your listen address is the same bellow are you runing GK and GW 
(asterisk) on the same box ?? if so you may need to change the 
listenport to say 1721
as the GK port is 1720 .... im assuming you running gnugk
