[asterisk-dev] IAXVAR on SVN and/or stable releases ?

Sorry I am probably incorrectly referring to this as the 'svn' version - we
are currently using the 1.4 branch of Asterisk as checked out by
svn checkout <http://svn.digium.com/svn/asterisk/branches/1.4>
http://svn.digium.com/svn/asterisk/branches/1.4 asterisk-svn-1.4
IAXVAR is not present in this branch.
So I take it my choices are to either move to TRUNK, or wait until 1.6 is
released ?

trunk _is_ svn. it will be in the next major release (1.6).

Hi,
Does anyone know if/when IAXVAR may be committed to SVN or even the stable
Asterisk releases?
I see it's been comitted to TRUNK but I'm curious as to if/when it will be
committed to SVN, as I really need the ability to pass variables over IAX
between my Asterisk servers. I really feel this is a core feature that needs
to be included in SVN and stable releases.
Thanks,
Andrew
