[asterisk-dev] Asterisk Call Center and the Agent

Hi List;

Did any one work on the Asterisk Contact Center? How
it is? Is it working fine with other PBX's (Cisco Call
Manager, AVAYA, Nortel, ..)? How the Integration with
these PBX's?

Also about the Agent, can the application be
customized depending on the customer (if it is banking
or telecom or ..)? As the agent request for banking
will differ than agent request for the telecom
companies.
