[asterisk-dev] blacklist AMI

hi,
following the thread on http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=9240
and the patch on
http://svn.digium.com/view/asterisk/branches/1.4/main/manager.c?r1=63982&r2=65902

I wonder if that's a good one, since now there will be no way for an
external script to load/unload module.

That bug was caused only when stress-testing, so why not deal it with
something related to time instead of blacklisting these 2 CLI commands?
