[asterisk-dev] Possible Manager bug with ExtensionState

Ok, I just completed the tests on 1.2.9, 1.2.17 and 1.4.2 and the 1.2 
branch reports the correct extension status but 1.4.2 always reports 0.

I have open a bug and a file is attached to this bug describing the 
exact test performed, the test conditions and results.
