Great!

I did notice that chan_zap now depends on zaptel_vldtmf. However,  
configure didn't set it. How does this work? I see that codec_zap  
depends on zaptel_transcode (that 1.4.0 didn't) that it can't find  
either, even though I have a /dev/zap/transcode.
