As I am only dialing CTI applications, all funtinality is implemented
through AMI. We strip all functionalities from the agent phones.

The issue with that is if you want to transfer the call again (I used
app_bridge to simulate mutli-lot call parking in a vPBX environment), it
fails because you're trying to transfer the entire conference (or
something to that effect).

By simply bridging the two calls together, you don't lose any
functionality.
