I dont' think I have ever seen syntax hl in vim. And I'm not
going to use it anyway ... It's a pity there is no good open
source text editor on the Mac. BareBones TextWrangler is free
and it's really good but not open source and not quite as good
as the commercial BBEdit.
On Linux I like kwrite but I'm not going to start X Window
on the Mac just for kwrite.
