Had a look - my code is slightly different in that I modified cdr_sqlite.c so 
that it could be compiled twice, the second time with -DSQLITE3 - #ifdef's 
then used sqlite3 calls instead of sqlite2 calls. My code does not add 
anything original to the current issues.
