[asterisk-dev] chan_misdn fixes in 1.2

I have noticed various fixes going in for chan_misdn in 1.2 lately, but
it doesn't look like any of these changes are getting merged into 1.4 or
trunk.  Are all of these things against code that is only in 1.2?  I am
just concerned about all of these fixes not getting to the users of
later versions and potentially getting lost.
