Back in October of last year, I asked if there was a formal license for
the Asterisk sounds and Kevin responded in the negative. I've
been working on getting Asterisk packaged for inclusion in Fedora.
However, Asterisk isn't much use without the default set of sounds so
getting the sounds packaged in Fedora is key. Fedora has a fairly
strict policy regarding licensing, so I don't think that Kevin's
statement will suffice. Is there any chance that a license for the
sounds will be developed soon?
