[asterisk-dev] Mantis Changes Ready for Testing

When you go to 'my account'/'preferences' and you check the
box after 'Email on Status Change' you are not able to
create new issues anymore.

I know sendmail is not installed but it should at least
create the ticket and only warn about no mail sent I think.
