Well, actually i have some testing system written in asterisk, but
it's quite far from being ready to distribution. You can write a
simple one for yourself, you just need second asterisk.

Basic idea is to have asterisk #2 act as SIP (or IAX or whatever)
client, and connect to asterisk #1. Then just feed some call files to
#2 to dial to #1, and send to some context on #2 having actual script.
