ztspeed seems to be a small unoptimized loop: it is supposed to check
how many times the CPU can run:

   for (c=0;c<1000;c++) a = a * b;

in 5 seconds.

Is it really needed? Why should it be installed by default?
(BINS are instaleld by default, right?)
