Please add callfwd from phone (snom, linksys, polycom), not initiated
by # key but a SIP redirect (530 or 503?)busy here, where the incoming
channel calls Local/ channel to outbound number. The CDR 'src' &
'dst' reflect the inbound number calling the outbound number. This is
very hard to track.
