[asterisk-dev] ZAP DISCONNECTD PROBLEM

hi, all
I have problem how to disconnect zap channel.
My secinario is below,

I made call on my ivrs application.
In this i made option to transfer the call when i transfer the call using
zap channel on my mobile no call has
been trasfer but when i disconnected my mobile , the zap channel has not
been freed.
Any suggesiton pls give me
thansk in advance.
