... but apparently has to be done all over again even if you had gone 
through all the rigmarole in your own company to get a proper disclaimer 
on file under the previous system (referencing bug #10164 here).

I've done this once already. I'm not doing it again. It took me about 
two weeks to get organised the first time.

Digium have moved to a new system, and instead of doing the work 
required to migrate the data themselves, are trying to push it onto me, 
the submitter.

P.S. If you don't have an easy way to match already-existing disclaimers 
with Mantis users, why not add an option like "I have one on file under 
[input box]"?
