I'm not sure for Meridian Opt 61C but I think it can also use the RLT functionality. If you compile in the prilib trunk for version 1.2, RLT kicks in automatically, releasing your 2 PRI lines once the calls are connected using the DIAL application. At least that's how we use it. If the Meridian switch is Not RLT enabled, then I'm out of options, short of trying the QSIG (2BCT) implementation from Matt.
