What GUI?
While I am not yet sure I would use the feature, I can see it as usefull
for a remote managment standpoint.
I dial in or ssh into the machine experiencing a problem and I can
gather proper details about the line.
Question then comes down to, should that be all we store? If you are
creating it for maintenance problems, wouldn't the service number to
call be usefull as well? What about a notes section that lets you track
previous problems?
Ohh wait, these could be comments in the config file without changing
code.
Of course the comments idea wouldn't be helpfull if you are using a
remote asterisk console instead of the one on the affected machine.
